The operator of this deployment has not published a legal name or governing law. These terms describe the product that is actually running. They are not a substitute for the operator’s own legal review.

PagePulse checks public web pages you choose and shows you when the extracted text changes. It does not log into sites, bypass paywalls, or render JavaScript. It stops when robots.txt disallows the path. You are responsible for having the right to ask a service to fetch a URL on your behalf.

Free includes 2 sites checked no faster than daily. Starter is $9/month for 10 sites and a 6-hour minimum. Pro is $19/month for 30 sites and an hourly minimum. Business is $39/month for 100 sites and a 15-minute minimum. Those limits are enforced on the server. A paid plan is active only after Stripe reports it. If checkout is not connected, the account stays on Free.

Checks run when a scheduler calls the sweep, and a few due sites may also be checked when you open the dashboard. Email is sent only when an email provider is configured. A missing provider is recorded as waiting, not as delivered.

The service can miss a change, fetch a stale page, or be unavailable. Extracted text is the HTML response, not a screenshot of a browser. Don’t use it as the only control for a decision that needs a guaranteed record.
